  • 1 cup medium-diced bananas (1 banana)
  • 1 cup small-diced walnuts
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup granola

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • line cupcake pan with paper liners.
  • Step 3

  • top each muffin with granola.

  • bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step 9
  • cool slightly, remove from the pan and serve.
