  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup butter(melted)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large mashed banana (preferably overripe)
  • Dry
  • 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup oats

How to Make Banana-Oat Muffins

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Banana-Oat Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Grease muffin pan with light olive oil.
  • Step 3
  • Add the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and oats to a large bowl.
  • Step 4
  • In a separate, smaller bowl, add the butter first and microwave until melted ( around 20-30 sec).
  • Step 5
  • In the same bowl, add the egg, sugar, and mashed banana.
  • Step 6
  • Blend mixture until smooth with the mixer on the lowest setting.
  • Step 7
  • Gradually add the wet mixture into the larger bowl, and stir until completely blended.
  • Step 8
  • Pour mix into the muffin pan and bake for 25 min.
