  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup butter/margarine, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (or equivalent of egg replacement)
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel

How to Make Banana Orange Muffincake

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9x13 cake pan.

  • Mix powdered sugar, 3 tbsp orange juice, & 1 tsp orange peel together. Drizzle over cake, while still hot.
