  • 3 Very ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Stevia in the raw
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Blueberries

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Banana Protein Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Combine all ingredients except for oats and blueberries. Whisk, stir or use an immersion blender to combine. Stir in oats.
  • Step 3
  • Prepare 18 muffin tins with foil liner. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Step 4
  • Fold blueberries into batter and scoop batter into muffin tins.
