Ingredients: Banananut bread

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large bananas
  • 4 large whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 chopped pecans
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Banananut bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Banananut bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven at 350° and grise a baking pan . In a small bowl Mix together the coconut flour ,backing soda, backing powder, salt and put it a side.
  • Step 2
  • In a larger mixing bowl bit the eggs, egg whites and sugar till fluffy. Meanwhile put in the blender the bananas and pureed them. Once the eggs and the sugar are well mix add the bananas, and the yogurt and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Once the bananas and the yogurt are well mix add the vanilla, and the coconut oil mix well and then add the flour mix little by little with the coconut milk mix till well combine. .
  • Step 4
  • Pour your mixture in to your backing pan and in the top add if you want the pecans as topping..and bake till toothpick comes out clean ...
  • Step 5
