  • Pancakes
  • 2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 small Bananas (mashed)
  • Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter/ Margarine
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

How to Make Bananas and Cream Pancakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bananas and Cream Pancakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat a lightly greased griddle to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Stir all pancake ingredients until mixed.
  • Step 3
  • Drop by 1/4 cup onto griddle. Cook approx 1-2 min each side. Until light and golden.
  • Step 4
  • While pancakes are cooking make the topping/icing.
  • Step 5
  • With a mixer cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter until spreading consistency.
  • Step 6
  • Put a pancake on a plate spread icing on top, add another pancake on the 1st pancake. Garnish with sliced banana. Serve with warm syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar on top(optional).
