  • 70 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 tbsp Cake flour

  • Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. I always use this brand of cream cheese. Preheat the oven to 180℃ (356 F).
  • Step 2
  • Whisk cream cheese and sugar until it has a cream-like consistency.

  • Break in the eggs and mix with each addition.
  • Step 4
  • Add heavy cream and mix.
  • Step 5
  • Add lemon juice and mix some more.
  • Step 6
  • Add flour and mix, making sure it doesn't become lumpy!
  • Step 7
  • Pour the batter into the mould and drop it onto the counter once or twice to remove any air. Bake it at 180℃ (356 F) for 35-40 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • It's done! It's crumbly when just baked, so let it cool before you take it out of the mould.
