  • 1 Burdock
  • 1/2 medium Carrot

  • 3 tbsp ★Mirin
  • 2 tsp ★Sugar
  • 2 tsp ★Dashi stock granules
  • 100 ml ★Water
  • 1/2 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 1 Sesame oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Basic Burdock Kinpira Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Scrub the burdock to get rid of the dirt and then cut into 4-5 cm pieces. Cut those pieces into strips (the size of a matchstick) and soak in water.
