    Step 1

  • Bake at 230℃ for 10 minutes→180℃ for 10 minutes →150℃ for 10 minutes.

  • Don't open the oven while they're baking, or they'll collapse!

  • Fill with cream when cool, and they're done!

  • For the ones that puff sideways instead of up...
  • Step 16
  • Cut them in half horizontally and fill with cream! Put the tops on and they'll be fine.
  • Step 17
  • Filled with cream from the bottom.
