  • 3 sprigs' worth of leaves Basil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 sprig's worth Fresh parsley

How to Make Basil Butter

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Basil Butter in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring the butter to room temperature to soften. Squeeze the lemon.
  • Step 2
  • Rinse and drain the basil, parsley, garlic, onion. Put them into a food processor. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend into a paste.

  • Add the basil paste into the softened butter and mix everything together.
  • Step 4
  • Season with salt. Transfer into a container lined with a sheet of plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge to harden.
