Ingredients: Bbq

  • 2 kg chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup butter or oil

How to Make Bbq

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bbq in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut chicken breast into big chunks. Of if you are using thighs don't cut them.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all the ingredients in a boil except butter.
  • Step 3
  • Marinate chicken in it for 4 hours at least.
  • Step 4
  • Heat the griller and skew the chicken pieces and place it on it.
  • Step 5
  • Brush the chicken with butter and change its side from time to time until cooked.
  • Step 6
  • Serve hot with any sauce or tortillas you like. (I used tamarind sauce to go with it).
