  • 2 packets Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 sheet Nori (flavored nori is okay too)
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (I used 3x concentrated, for other concentrations, see Step 3

How to Make Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • To prepare the bean sprouts and carrots, see, Steps 1-3.
  • Step 2
  • Combine all of the ingredients with the nori and let sit in the refrigerator to chill! That's it!
  • Step 3
  • If using straight mentsuyu, use 3 tablespoons. If using 2x or 3x concentrated mentsuyu, use 2 tablespoons. If using 4x concentrated mentsuyu, use 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon water.
  • Step 4
