  • 170 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 30 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
  • 20 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 Black tea bags

    Step 1
  • Microwave (600 W) milk for one minute and let one of the tea bags soak in it for 3 minutes. Then remove the bag and add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk. Stir well.

  • Place 7 rolls around the tin and one in middle. Cover with plastic wrap or moistened kitchen towel once more and allow them to rise for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • This picture is after the second rising. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C. When the dough doubles in size, bake in oven for about 20 minutes.

  • Bake until nice and golden brown.
  • Step 11
