  • 2 head Fresh Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Bamboo or Metal Skewers
  • 1 Vegetable Oil

  • If using bamboo skewers, soak in water.
  • Step 2
  • Cut steak into cubes, about the size of a good bite of steak.

  • Grill on HOT grill until garlic have softened and become golden brown, and steak is cooked to preferred doneness.
  • Step 7
  • Remove and rest in loose foil for a few minutes so juices redistribute through the meat.
