  • 1 Burdock root
  • 200 grams Thinly sliced beef

  • 2 Green onions or scallions

  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dashi soy sauce
  • 50 ml Water

How to Make Beef and Burdock Root with Eggs

  • Cut the burdock root into long thin shavings. Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Combine the sauce ingredients.
