  • 1 decent tablespoon ◇Soft light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ◇Soy sauce
  • 1 very modest amount ◇Salt
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 Sansho leaf

How to Make Beef and Burdock Root

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Beef and Burdock Root in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Scrub or slightly scrape the skin off the burdock roots. Chop up roughly and soak in water. Drain immediately.
  • Step 2
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan and grill the beef. When brown, add julienned ginger and turn the heat to low. Add the ◇ condiments in listed order.
