  • Heat a pan and melt the beef fat. Cut the green onion into chunks.

  • Put the beef in the hot pan all at once, and break it up with chopsticks. Toss in the green onions and continue frying until well browned.

  • Add the same amount of sugar and soy sauce, and mix well to coat the meat. That's it! It's ready to serve in no time.

  • This is the chicken skin-green onion version. It was a great combination! The chicken fat makes it yummy!
