Ingredients: Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry

  • 200 grams Beef (I used thinly sliced round)
  • 200 grams Cabbage
  • 3 slice Canned pineapple
  • 1 pat Butter
  • 3 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese (I used Kraft Parmesan Cheese)
  • 1 Black pepper

How to Make Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Beef and Pineapple Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the butter into a frying pan, and stir-fry the beef and cabbage.
  • Step 2
  • When it's halfway cooked add the Worcestershire-like sauce, soy sauce and mirin, and continue stir frying. Add the pineapple which has been cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 3
  • When the sauce has reduced a bit add the black pepper and grated cheese, and mix in.
  • Step 4
  • Finished. The sweetness of the pineapple and the richness of the cheese go well with rice or drinks. Try it out!
  • Step 5
  • I used Kraft Parmesan Cheese.
