  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 10 each 10" flour tortilla
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black olives

How to Make Beef Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Beef Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°. In medium skillet over med high heat, cook the beef and chopped onion until the beef is evenly browned and onion is tender.
  • Step 2
  • Pour 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • On each flour tortilla place an equal portion of the ground beef mixture, drizzle with enchilada sauce and top with 1oz cheeze. Reserving at least a 1/2 cup of cheese. Tightly roll tortillas and place seam side down in pan.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and sliced olives.
  • Step 5
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is thoroughly melted.
