Ingredients: Beef Lengua

  • 1/2 kg tenderloin or sirloin beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can button mushroom (slice)
  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 2 cup water (enough to cover the beef)

How to Make Beef Lengua

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Beef Lengua in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Using unsalted butter fry beef in medium heat. Do not over fry it. Add 2 cups of water and light sauce. Simmer until beef tender.Sprinkle with ground pepper.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix cream of mushroom with 1 can of water. Stir until no lumps seen. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Pour cream of mushroom when beef is tender. Simmer until sauce thicken. Add the button mushroom. Adjust the taste when needed. Have a nice meal:))).
