  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 for frying Oil

How to Make Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Beef Livers and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak the liver in water for about 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smell. Wipe excess water with a paper towel.
  • Step 2
  • Soak Step 1 in the seasoning for 10 ~ 15 minutes.

  • Chop the garlic shoots into 4 cm.
  • Step 4
