  • 375 ml red wine
  • 10 sprigs thyme
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 40 g flour
  • 200 g pine mushrooms or shitake, coarsely chopped
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 375 g puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp milk

  • Roll out puff pastry and place over filling, brush with egg wash and bake 20 min
