  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 oil as needed for cooking
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1 tbsp toasted seasame seeds
  • 1 tbsp peeled chopped fresh ginger
