  • 600 grams Beef ( thigh or shoulder or shank )
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 small sized one Carrot
  • 1 big clove Garlic
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 1 can Canned tomatoes
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 3 to 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Bay leaf

How to Make Beef Simmered in Red Wine

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Beef Simmered in Red Wine in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Finely mince the vegetables (from onion to garlic).
  • Step 2
  • Brown the beef in a pan.
  • Step 3
  • Stir fry the vegetables well from step <1> in olive oil.

  • Add potatoes which are cut into a little bigger than a bite size and simmer until the potatoes become soft.
