Ingredients: Beef Stir-Fry

  • 1 lb sirloin stir fry strips
  • 16 oz bag of frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 white rice
  • 10 oz Mongolian beef stir-fry and marinade
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1/2 green peppers
  • 1 seasoning salt
  • 1 olive oil

How to Make Beef Stir-Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Beef Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice the onion and cut the green pepper into strips
  • Step 2
  • Start your rice. Cook according to directions on bag. (I use a rice cooker)
  • Step 3
  • Coat pan with olive oil and add meat and minced garlic and onion. Seasoning salt to taste. Add a little bit of the stir-fry sauce. Cook on medium heat. Drain when done
  • Step 4
  • In a separate pan coat with olive oil and stir-fry sauce add the bag of veggies and green peppers. Stirring frequently
  • Step 5
  • When vegetables are almost done combine with the meat
  • Step 6
  • Serve and add a little of the stir-fry sauce to taste.
