  • ★1 clove crushed garlic
  • ★1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 onion
  • 4 colored peppers (small)
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ☆to taste salt
  • ☆to taste black pepper
  • ☆1/4 tsp soy-sauce
  • ☆1/4 tsp sesame oil

How to Make Beef Strips, Pepper Steak

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Beef Strips, Pepper Steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinade ★ all the ingredients together into a Ziploc bag and keep in the fridge for few hours.
  • Step 2
  • Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!)
  • Step 3
  • Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I'm using whole wheat flour.)
  • Step 4
  • Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.
  • Step 5
  • Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt.
  • Step 7
  • Add black pepper. (I'm using mixed pepper corns.)
  • Step 8
  • Add beef strips and fry few more minutes.
  • Step 9
  • Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.)
  • Step 10
  • Add a little soy-sauce.
  • Step 11
  • Add a little sesame oil.
  • Step 12
  • Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!
