  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Kosher Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • Sauce Pan
  • 1 box Shells and White Cheddar Pasta Roni
  • 2nd Sauce Pan
  • 1 packages Brown Gravy mix
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • End
  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

How to Make Beef Stroganoff Pasta Roni

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Beef Stroganoff Pasta Roni in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In skillet on med heat; melt butter and olive oil. Cook diced onion for 3 minutes then add garlic. Add ground beef. Once beef is mostly cooked, add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender then turn heat to low.
  • Step 2
  • In sauce pan; make bored pasta according to directions.
  • Step 3
  • In 2nd sauce pan; whisk together 3/4 cup cold water and packet of brown gravy mix.
  • Step 4
  • Add both sauce pans to skillet.
  • Step 5
  • Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until creamy and melted completed.
