  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pints chopped mushrooms
  • 1 lb egg noodles

  • Dredge steak strips with flour; reserve remaining flour
  • Step 2
  • Brown strips in melted butter in 12-inch skillet
