Ingredients: Beef Stroganoff

  • 3 T butter
  • 1 lb sirloin or beef tenderloin, thinly sliced into 1/2" strips
  • 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 T dijon mustard
  • 2 pkg (8 oz) Shirataki noodles, fettuccine style

How to Make Beef Stroganoff

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Beef Stroganoff in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In large skillet, melt 1 T butter. Sear beef working in batches if necessary. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In skillet, melt 2 T butter. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion and cook 5 min. Add beef, broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 min.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in sour cream and mustard. Cook 1 min. or until heated through.
  • Step 4
  • Prepare noodles - rinse, drain, dry. Divide into four portions and serve with meat mixture.
