  • 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 3/4 lb Baby Carrots (cut in half)
  • 6 oz Can of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 large White Onion 1½"
  • 2 large Potatoes (cut into 1½" cubes)

How to Make Beefy Vegetable Stew

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Beefy Vegetable Stew in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sauté cubed steak, garlic, olive oil, and flour in a large pot until lightly browned on all edges.
  • Step 2
  • Add 7 cups of water and the beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Then, lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Combine carrots and simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Next, add onion, potato, and 2 more cups of water. Bring back to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Combine tomato paste and add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step 6
  • Boil for 10 minutes.
