  • 1/2 cup Sriracha
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire
  • 1/8 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cracked Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 1/2 lbs salt

How to Make Beer Brined Sriracha Chicken Skewers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Beer Brined Sriracha Chicken Skewers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash and cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Then dry w paper towels.
  • Step 2
  • Put chicken cubes in bowl. Add 1 beer w sugar & salt. Put in fridge to brine for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • In a mixing bowl add Sriracha, paprika, cinnamon, onion, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, worcestershire, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix all ingredients together til a thick paste.
  • Step 4
  • Remove chicken from fridge and drain.
  • Step 5
  • Add drained chicken back to bowl. Add paste mix to chicken and mix w spatula. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Pre heat grill to medium-high.
  • Step 7
  • Skewer chicken and place on parchment paper. (if using wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes so they don't burn on grill)
  • Step 8
  • Place chicken kabobs on grill for 15-20 minutes.
