  • 3 each egg yolk
  • 3 each egg white
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

    Step 1
  • Beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar until they stand in soft peaks. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Mix milk, oil, vanilla, and egg yolks. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
  • Step 4
  • 3/4 cup for 3 minutes on setting 4.
