  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp White Sugar

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Place muffin cups inside a muffin pan. Or grease the insides of the pan.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mash the bananas well with a fork

  • If there are any empty cups, line the bottoms with water to prevent scorching of the pan.
  • Step 10
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Test one with a toothpick to be sure muffins are done.
  • Step 11
  • Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes then place muffins on a cooling rack.
