Ingredients: Bhelpuri

  • vegetables
  • 1 each onion, chopped
  • 1 each bell pepper chopped
  • 1 each tomato chopped
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1/2 each raw mango (optional)
  • 1/4 cup corriander leaves
  • 1 each green chilli chopped
  • sauce
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp submereged in little water
  • 1 tsp date syrup
  • salt
  • chat masala
  • topping
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup bhel
  • 1 tbsp lime

How to Make Bhelpuri

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Bhelpuri in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the chopped vegetables together and season
  • Step 2
  • Strain the tamarind and discard the pulp. Add the date syrup to the tamarind juice
  • Step 3
  • Just before serving mix the vegetables, the sauce and toppings together
