Prepare the ingredients before making Bibimbap in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve Bibimbap for your family or friends.

Ingredients: Bibimbap

  • 150 grams Ground beef
  • 1/2 tbsp ★Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ★Sugar
  • 1 tsp ★Grated white sesame seeds
  • 1 clove ★Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ★Chopped spring onion
  • 1 ★White pepper
  • 2 tsp ★Sesame oil
  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1 medium carrot Carrot Namul
  • 1 bundle of spinach Spinach Namul
  • 1 bag of bean sprouts Bean Sprout Namul
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Gochujang

How to Make Bibimbap

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Bibimbap in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season the ground meat with the ★ ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir-fry in a heated pan on high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Add a pinch of salt to the eggs, make an omelette and shred it thinly. Set aside. Prepare each of the other namul toppings and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Serve rice in a bowl and top with the namul, the ground meat, and the shredded egg around the bowl in a circular arrangement. Garnish with gochujan.
  • Step 4
  • Mix everything together well and enjoy.
