  • 120 grams Strong bread flour
  • 30 grams Whole wheat flour

  • 40 grams Walnuts
  • 1/2 grams ☆Cinnamon
  • 1 grams Baking powder
  • 40 grams Milk (or 60 g yogurt and 10 g milk for crispier biscotti)
  • 4 drops ☆Vanilla oil

How to Make Biscotti Cinnamon Apple

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Biscotti Cinnamon Apple in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cream the butter, then add the sugar and mix.
  • Step 2
  • Add the ingredients marked ☆ and mix them in. Add the milk and mix together.
  • Step 3
  • Add the strong bread flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder, and mix. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Step 4
  • Shape the dough into a log. Bake in the oven preheated to 170℃ for 25 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • When it has cooled a bit, cut into slices. (I cut it into about 7mm thick slices.) Place the slices on a baking tray.
  • Step 6
  • Bake in the oven preheated to 160℃ for about 12 minutes. Flip the biscotti and bake the other side for about another 12 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Let them cool down on a rack etc. Put them in a container, and keep in the refrigerator.
