  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 can (8 ct) biscuits

How to Make Biscuit Topped Burgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Biscuit Topped Burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Mix ground beef, crumbs, soy milk, worcestershire sauce, egg, & seasonings. Shape into eight 3" patties. Place in ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake until done about 25 minutes; drain.
  • Step 3
  • Top each patty with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Increase oven temperature to 450°F.
  • Step 5
  • Put a biscuit on each patty. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 10 min. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
