  • No-Bake Cheesecake Batter:
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 dash Lemon juice
  • 150 grams Plain yogurt
  • 200 grams Heavy cream
  • 5 grams Gelatin powder
  • 30 grams Water

How to Make Bisque No-Bake Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Bisque No-Bake Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make the bisque crust from, and spread it out in the bottom of the pan. I am using a large pound cake pan here, but you can also use a round cake pan as well.
  • Step 2
  • Soak the gelatin in water, and then microwave to dissolve it.
  • Step 3
  • Add the cream cheese and granulated sugar to a bowl, and mix while placing the bottom in a hot water bath until smooth.
  • Step 4
  • Add the yogurt, lemon juice, and gelatin to step 3, mixing after each addition.
  • Step 5
  • Place the heavy cream into a separate bowl and whip until it thickens.
  • Step 6
  • Add the heavy cream from step 5 to step 4, and mix together.
  • Step 7
  • Pour into the pan and chill in the fridge to let it solidify.
  • Step 8
  • Cut the cake into a rectangle after it solidifies, put bisque crust around the edges, top with fruit, and it is done.
