  • 1 Bitter gourd (whole)
  • 1 package Tofu
  • 4 Sausages
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Soy sauce ( a little )

How to Make Bitter Gourd Champuru

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Bitter Gourd Champuru in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut tofu into 3×3cm, dice-like shape and leave them for a while to remove some water.
  • Step 2
  • Cut gourd lengthways, take seeds away,
  • Step 3
  • And slice it into 5mm thick pieces.

  • Boil the sliced gourd lightly to remove its bitter taste and drain the hot water.
  • Step 5
  • Fry gourd with sliced sausages. Add tofu and fry a bit more.
