  • 300 grams Ground mixed beef
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Honey (Sugar or Mirin are also OK!)
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

  • Cut the bitter melon into roughly the same size, and remove the insides with a spoon. Slice it into about 7-8 mm.
