  • 2 1/2 cup Black beans
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 Gloves of garlic
  • 1 Onion

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 dash Rosemary

  • Soak black beans overnight and then boil until soft
  • Step 2
  • While the beans are boiling, finely chop onion and garlic.

  • Drain beans when finished cooking.
