  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 small chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup beer, i use dark beer
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp cumim
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 chopped scallions
  • 1 sour cream for garnish

  • maybe made nonveg by adding 1 lb of meat your choice

  • may also be cooked in a slow cooker for 5 hours, just increase water to 5 cups.
