  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup bullion (I use vegetable or beef)
  • 2 cans (14 oz) black beans, drained
  • Cumin, lots!!
  • Garlic salt, lots!!
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Black Bean Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Black Bean Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour oil into large pot, then place all chopped vegetables in and sauté about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Add remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Uncover for 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • This can also be crockpotted!
