  • 2 cans black beans (15.5 oz. each)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped clantro

  • First make rice by bringing water to a boil

  • Add butter & rice to water
