  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 3/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper (optional)

How to Make Black-Eyed Pea Ceviche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Black-Eyed Pea Ceviche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the cooking liquid from the black-eyed peas and measure 2 cups. Set aside.
