  • 4 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 (15 oz) cans Black-eyed Peas (with jalapeños)
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • to taste Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion
  • 5 cups cooked Long Grain White Rice
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Black-Eyed Pea Jambalaya

  • Heat oil, combine ham, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and garlic and sauté for 2-5 minutes.
