  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1 tsp sweet basil drief
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes dried
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper/red chili
  • 1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 pints water to boil noodles
  • 2 1/4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

    Step 1
  • Boil noodles add olive oil
  • Step 2
  • Cube the tofu and deep fry till lightly browned lightly salt add to paper towel to soak off excessive oil

  • In a pan add a little bit about two tablespoons of vegetable oil add chickpeas add tomatoes I cut into wedges then in half
  • Step 5
  • Lightly brown chickpeas add thr rest of spices and ingredients, soy sauce and sake and sesame oil

  • Add apple last keep mostly raw toss well serve hot hope you enjoy
