  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 200 ml black vineger
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 200 grams black pepper corn

  • BLACK PEPPER

  • using mortar grind black pepper corn till medium fine coursely then in pan slow toast black pepper till fragrant

  • heat up oil in pan then add all ingredient stir in low heat for 3 minute then off heat

  • once sauce is cool can keep in refrigerator up to a month
