  • 2 large Chicken breasts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tbsp Black vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 as needed Cooking oil
  • 1 as needed Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1/2 large Green pepper
  • 1 small Zucchini

How to Make Black Pepper Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Black Pepper Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cube the chicken breasts
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix the salt, 1 tablespoon black vinegar, 1 tablespoons fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chili oil, 3 tablespoons of corn starch and 1/2 teaspoon ginger. Add the raw chicken mix well and marinade for 15 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Mix the rest of the fish sauce, black vinegar ginger and chili oil with the black pepper, set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Cut up your vegetables into even prices.
  • Step 5
  • Add oil to a wok or large frying pan, get it hot. Add the chicken, stir fry until it is done. Set it aside.
  • Step 6
  • In the same pan add more oil, stir fry the vegetables for about 2 minutes. You want them still crunchy.
  • Step 7
  • Add the chicken and the pepper sauce mixture, stir to combine. Once the pepper sauce is coating everything turn off the heat and enjoy.
