Ingredients: Black Pepper Udon Noodle

  • 200 grams flat udon or any udon noodle
  • 2 cup choi sum vegetable or any green vegetable
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • POUNDED PASTE
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 small shallot
  • 1 thumbs size ginger
  • LG BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup black pepper sauce or pls refer to my recipe if you want to make this sauce
  • GARNISH
  • 4 slice thinly black pepper ham

How to Make Black Pepper Udon Noodle

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Black Pepper Udon Noodle in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • UDON NOODLE
  • Step 2
  • bring water to a boil then simmer for 11 minute then drain and cool with runny water then drain set aside
  • Step 3
  • BAKE BLACK PEPPER HAM
  • Step 4
  • put thinly sliced black pepper ham in oven on foil and bake 200 C /400F for 15 to 20 minute
  • Step 5
  • STIR FRY
  • Step 6
  • with oil stir fry pounded paste till fragrant then add water and choi sum vegetable
  • Step 7
  • stir fry vegetable for 1 minute then add cooked udon noodle and black pepper sauce
  • Step 8
  • mix well for another 1 minute then off heat
  • Step 9
  • Optional add on ,,cherry tomatoes and black pepper flavoured ham on black pepper udon noodle and serve immediately
  • Step 10
  • Divide equally and serve
